The dogs were very eager to arrive at the beach. We had our guest Ruby at day care. The day started with a beautiful sun and fresh wind. I thought the best place to take the dogs for a good walk on a Monday morning would be the beach. We had the place to ourselves. And the dogs absolutely loved it! ...

What a nice, warm morning to take the dogs to another one of my favorite spots in North Canterbury: Pegasus Town. I think the man-made lake is the most appealing feature of the township, likely because it reminds of my hometown in Brazil: Brasilia, where there’s also a man-made lake. We had Indie at Day Care today so I took her and my boys Rocky, Wookie and Jack for a nice long walk around Pegasus Lake. I am enjoying the warm days in North Canterbury and hoping for a long-lasting summer....

Today’s morning walk was along the Kaiapoi Red Zone where there’s now a beautiful park/reserve called NCF Reserve (sorry, I have no idea what NCF stands for – please feel free to write under the “comments” if you do!). We probably did about 2 km......

Whenever I’m walking the dogs, whether it’s my three boys Rocky, Wookie & Jack, or other people’s furry babies, passers-by usually ask me: Are these all your dogs? Or are you a dog walker? Now that we have uniforms, people might still ask me what I’m doing with all those dogs, but it’ll certainly be easier to answer their questions! Our uniforms have our logo, phone number, website and the services that we provide. So, if you see us walking past you holding between 3 and 9 dogs (that’s the number of......
